Okay guys, we need to confirm exact dates and venues, as i need to let the SANBS know exactly when and where.

Please can we have a vote for either the weekend of the 8th of August (Long weekend) or 22nd August. We need to try and suite everybodies schedules.

Thought we could hold the drive in Nigel, as the drive out there is nice, and it was Grants home town. There are some options where we can hold the drive, either at a guest house in Nigel who will prepare breakfast for all of us or the italian or portugese club who will do the same.

I have spoken to SANBS and they would like to start at about 9 - 9:30am, so it will be an early morning run.

Please put down names and which dates would suit you guys as well as alternative venues you might know of.

I need to get back to SANBS about this by Wed next week, so please can we try get this moving ASAP.

Hi Everyone,

Ok due to the lack of response i have contact SANBS and the blood drive is definately on the 8th of August in Nigel.

I am trying to arrange with a guest house, that makes fantastic food, to sort out breakfast. I need to confirm exact numbers, so that i can tell them how many people to cater for. We are probably looking at R50 a head for breakfast.

So please can everyone just confirm who will be and who wont be attending.
