SPEED HUMPS N1 NorthAnyone Travel on the N1 North between Nicol and Malibongwe? Be CAREFUL
Smacked it at 130km/h - flt like it hit right through the car and noticed a vibrating noise in engine compartment when stopping on off at Malibongwe.
A bridge crossing has been fitted with speedhumps which caused some lovely damage to me steering, shock mountings and engine mountings. 'bout R20K's worth of damage. And I thought I'm getting a remap this month. Warranty doesn't cover mountings. Brats' Boys Recon I'm in for top mounting, Torque arm, steering column and shock mountings. I suppose there some wear and tear attributable however not ruling out the Idiots performing the road works obviously only considered the X5 drivers when placing chunks of tar over the expansion joints of the bridge.

Eish sorry mate. Those flippin road works are just straight dangerous. Was coming down the highway yesterday and see this tool waving a flag in the middle of the highway (where they are constructing) and out of nowhere, this flippin truck pulls out - right into the fast lane. **CENSORED**, almost hit it. The okes obviously have no clue how to work around traffic safely. Yes yes, the speed limit is 80 but still, a truck coming out with limited warning at 80 is still ** CENSORED ** scary

Son of a mofo. Dude I feel your pain. Must also replace
steering rack & have a feeling the mountings are also shot.
Not to mention the 3 tyres I have had to replace this year
because of the roads & trucks losing spare parts all over the highway.
