Bad luckI must have the worst luck with tyres.
Friday morning leave Jhb for Bloem at 5am. Get to
Kroonvaal plaza & it still dark. Pull out after after a cup of Java
& bang I hit a FOOKING steel pipe the size of Mexico. Could not
swerve to the right as there was a stationary truck in the yellow
lane. Don't see any damage to the tyre but the bumper was
damaged on the bottom & also tore out by the headlight. Won't
clip back because of damage.
Get to Shell Utra City Kroonstad (Saw Andre there on his way to
Phakisa but couldn't chat) to inspect the tyre/s
again & true as nuts a huge bubble has formed on the outside
wall. Had to wait an hour & a half for Supa Quick to open but
they don't stock Dunlops. No problem there's another tyre place
down the rd & is owned by the same guy & has 1 in stock. Deliver
the tyre but it's a SP Sport & I have SP6060's on. Oh & rim also
needs to go for repairs. This is now tyre nr 3 in 5 months.

@Mac. Sure I can but it means excess to be paid but worse than that, premium hike. Rather sort it out myself
